Paloma Goggins is a former big law attorney and graduate from a top-20 law school. Having worked with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Paloma intimately understands the ins and outs of launching, growing, and maintaining business success through thoughtful and conscientious legal counsel.
She launched Nocturnal Legal, a full-service business law firm, to provide smart, effective legal services to businesses and individuals alike. Turning the old legal model upside down, Paloma offers client-focused services via hourly and flat-rate fees customized to fit your specific needs.
After spending her childhood growing up in the family business and then eventually stepping into the role of general counsel, Paloma is uniquely equipped to assist with the complexities involved in running a family-owned and operated business. Paloma treats each and every client like a family member, advising them as if her own bottom line was at risk.

Paralegal
Chesney Reeves is a Paralegal at Nocturnal Legal, where she supports the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and client service. She assists in all phases of transactional work, including document drafting, due diligence, and closing logistics, helping to move deals forward with clarity and confidence.
Chesney brings a strong foundation in business operations and regulatory systems, developed through both her academic and professional experiences. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, where she studied business and economics within the agricultural sector. She also previously held a Property and Casualty Insurance License, further strengthening her understanding of risk management and compliance—skills that support her work in M&A.
Outside of Nocturnal Legal, Chesney is a dedicated competitor in reined cow horse events, traveling across the country to train and show. When not in the arena, she enjoys Arizona’s open desert, where she recharges and draws inspiration from the landscape.
