About Paloma.
Paloma Goggins is a former big law attorney and graduate from a top 20 law school. Having worked with businesses of all sizes, from start ups and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Paloma intimately understands the ins and outs of launching, growing and maintaining business success through thoughtful and conscientious legal counsel.
She launched Nocturnal Legal, a full-service business law firm, to provide smart, effective legal services to businesses and individuals alike. Turning the old legal model upside down, Paloma offers client-focused services via hourly and flat-rate fees customized to fit your specific needs.
After spending her childhood growing up in the family business and then eventually stepping into the role of general counsel, Paloma is uniquely equipped to assist with the complexities involved in running a family owned and operated business. Paloma treats each and every client like a family member advising them as if her own bottom line was at risk.
