SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

1. Brand Name

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Nocturnal Legal, an Arizona business and mergers and acquisitions law firm.

2. Types of Messages

Nocturnal Legal may send text messages related to your legal inquiry, communications with our firm, or an existing client matter. Messages may include responses to questions, follow-up communications, and information you have requested.

We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages through this messaging program.

Booking a phone consultation through Calendly does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

You may initiate an SMS conversation by texting our published business number or separately request text communications during an interaction with our firm. By providing consent to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive messages from Nocturnal Legal for the purposes described in these terms.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services or engaging our firm.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and communications with our firm. You may receive multiple messages when responding to an inquiry or communicating about an existing matter.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received.

6. Opting Out of Messages

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Nocturnal Legal. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide consent again or initiate a new conversation.

7. Help and Support

For assistance, reply HELP to any text message from Nocturnal Legal or contact our office at 480-582-0094.
